The two simplest ways to search for reports in CQ Researcher are to use the Quick Search box or the "Browse by Topic" link. The Quick Search box performs a simple search of all the available reports. The "Browse by Topic" link starts you with broad topics (such as "agriculture" or "education"), then gives you a list of sub-topics (like "education policy"), which brings you to a list of relevant reports. If your topic is still a little fuzzy in your mind, this may be the best way to search. The reports all have the same format, with introductions, overviews, pro/con position statements, and more.
