A title page is required for all APA Style papers. Students should include the following elements on the title page:

• Page number
• Title of the paper
• Name of each author of the paper
• Affiliation for each author, typically the university attended
• Course number and name for which the paper is being submitted
• Instructor name
• Assignment due date, written in the month , date, and year format used in your country

Begin by inserting a page number in the upper-right hand corner of the page.

Next hit the enter key four to six times or until you’re about a third of the way down the page. Your cover page must be centered, so select the center option.

First type in your paper’s title in bold and hit enter. Now type in your own name, Carteret Community College, course name, instructor, and assignment due date on separate lines. Your cover page should look very similar to this one:
