Internet Archive is a non-profit library of millions of free books, movies, software, music, websites, and more.

The MERLOT system provides access to curated online learning and support materials and content creation tools, led by an international community of educators, learners and researchers.

The MERLOT collection consists of tens of thousands of discipline-specific learning materials, learning exercises, and Content Builder webpages, together with associated comments, and bookmark collections, all intended to enhance the teaching experience of using a learning material. All of these items have been contributed by the MERLOT member community, who have either authored the materials themselves, or who have discovered the materials, found them useful, and wished to share their enthusiasm for the materials with others in the teaching and learning community.

The MERLOT Collection is made up of over 40,000 materials in 19 different material type categories. You can browse or search the learning materials in MERLOT.

From a single point of access in OER Commons, you can search, browse, and evaluate resources in OER Commons' growing collection of over 50,000 high-quality OER. The curated collections include full university courses, interactive mini-lessons and simulations, adaptations of existing open work, and open textbooks. OER Commons subjects include applied science, arts and humanities, business and communication, career and technical education, education, English language arts, history, law, life science, mathematics, physical science, and social science.

openNCCC is a library of open educational resources that promotes exploration, creation, and collaboration with the goal of enriching teaching and learning in North Carolina and around the world.

Project Gutenberg offers over 57,000 free eBooks. Choose among free epub books, free kindle books, download them or read them online. You will find the world's great literature here, with focus on older works for which copyright has expired. Thousands of volunteers digitized and diligently proofread the eBooks, for enjoyment and education.
